2 cans Shrimp or Crab
1 pkg Unflavored Gelatin
1 8oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 can undiluted Tomato Soup
1/2 C finely chopped Onion
2 tsp Lemon Juice
3/4 C Mayonnaise
1. Open cans of Shrimp or Crab, drain and reserve the juice.
Add gelatin to the juice, stir and set aside.
2. Bring tomato soup to a boil, add the cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Add the juice and gelatine mix and set aside.
3. Smear bowl with mayonnaise.
4. Now add onio, shrimp/crab mayonnaise and lemon juice to the gelatin, cheese, soup and juice. Mix well, and pour into 'greased'
bowl. Will take 90 minute in fridge to gel.
Serve with pate knife and crackers.
