Ingredients:
1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
2 Onions chopped
2 Cloves Garlic chopped
3 medium Carrots chopped
2 C Celery chopped
1 19 oz. can Lentils undrained
2 C dry Chicken Broth and water
28 oz Tomatoes
1 1/2 C Water
2 TBSP Sugar
1/2 tsp Savory and Tyme
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 C small Pasta Noodles
Procedure:
1. Saute Onion and Garlic in Oil.
2. Add Broth and all vegetables. Simmer.
3. Add Pata 15 min before serving.
