4 Chicken Breast skinned and boned
1 oz Clarified Butter
1 oz Maple Syrup
4 oz 35% Whipping Cream
Peaches or Pears sliced
1. Cook Chicken (in Microwave is fine)
2. Place Chicken in frying pan with a bit of Butter. Add Maple Syrup and Whipping Cream.
3. Reduce and cook till thick.
4. Add fruit till warmed.
5. Top Chicken with fruit and sauce
