Salmon Loaf

Ivy Williamson Summer 1977

1 Onion chopped

2 tins Salmon boned

2 Eggs

2 tsp Lemon Juice

1 Celery chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 can Mushroom Soup

Crackers crushed to thicken

Procedure:

1. Mix all ingredients together

2. Form in loaf shape.

3. Bake 1 hour at 325
